We maintain websites built on all major platforms - WordPress (including WooCommerce), Shopify, OpenCart, custom PHP/Laravel, Next.js/React, and HTML/CSS sites. We don't limit our service to sites we built - if you have an existing site on any platform, we can take it on after a free health audit to assess its current condition.

Content updates are hour-based - Basic (1 hr/month), Standard (3 hrs/month), Advanced (6 hrs/month). This covers text changes, image swaps, new blog posts, product price updates, adding team members, updating contact details, etc. One hour covers roughly 3-5 simple edits or 1 longer content piece. Additional hours beyond your plan's allocation are billed at ₹800/hour. Most clients find 3 hours per month is more than sufficient.

We request access only to what we need - typically your WordPress/CMS admin login and hosting cPanel or FTP. Credentials are stored in our encrypted internal password manager (never in plain text). We create a separate admin user for our team so you always retain full control and can revoke access instantly. We also sign a basic service agreement confirming our responsibilities and your data rights before starting any work.

We handle the full cleanup at no additional cost on Standard and Advanced plans. This includes malware removal, infected file cleanup, security patch application, and Google blacklist removal (if the site was flagged). On the Basic plan, hack cleanup is billed separately at our standard hourly rate. Our proactive security scans and plugin updates significantly reduce the risk of hacking in the first place - prevention is always better than cure.

Critical issues (website down, hacked): we respond within 2-4 hours, 7 days a week. Standard bugs (broken page, display error): within 24 hours on business days. Content updates: within 48 hours of receiving all assets. Standard and Advanced plan clients receive WhatsApp priority support for faster communication. We also proactively alert you if our monitoring detects an issue - often before you even notice it.

Yes - all plans are month-to-month with 30 days' notice to cancel. There are no annual contracts, no cancellation fees, and no penalty for leaving. On cancellation, we remove our access to your site, transfer all backups to you, and provide a handover document summarising your site's current state. We believe in earning your business every month through quality service, not locking you in.

Yes, absolutely. We take on existing websites from other agencies or freelancers all the time. The process starts with a free health audit - we review the site's code quality, plugin status, security posture, and existing issues before committing to a plan. If we find significant problems, we'll tell you honestly what they are and what it'll take to bring the site to a healthy baseline before starting regular maintenance.
